Michael D. Bartholomew

DVM, MSTCVM, Senior Partner and Medical Director

Dr. Michael D. Bartholomew is the Medical Director and Senior Partner at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin. In 1996, he received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology at Mount Saint Mary's College located in the beautiful Catoctin Mountains of Emmitsburg, MD. Shortly after, he traveled west to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1998 followed by a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. In addition, Dr. Bartholomew went on to receive his Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine from the Chi University in 2016. He was a member of the faculty at the Chi Institute of Chinese Medicine from 2008 until recently when he retired from that position to focus more on his duties at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin. Dr. Bartholomew is proud to call Florida home with his wife, 3 children and 2 loveable canines, Dakota and Sadie. In his spare time, Dr. Bartholomew loves working on classic cars and attending local car cruises. You may have seen his 1959 DeSoto parked in front of the hospital and yes, he is crazy enough to call that car his every day driver (nope, there's no air conditioning). He is also an avid history buff and enjoys researching US History and his family history as well.

Christen Woodley

Originally from Auburn, AL, Dr. Christen Woodley always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian and practice high-quality medicine, just like her grandfather. Following her dreams, she received her Bachelor's of Zoology degree at Auburn University College in 2002, and then went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. Dr. Woodley graduated Summa Cum Laude for both degrees. Her favorite part of working in the veterinary field is the relationships she hasformed overtime with pets and their owners.

Dr. Woodley currently lives in the Tampa/Dunedin area with her dog, Connor, and cat, Figgy. In her spare time, she enjoys attending concerts, meeting friends for dinner, and also dedicates time to learning different instruments such as piano, guitar, and clarinet.

Inspired to work in the veterinary field by her sister-in-law who is also a veterinarian, she thinks the best part of working in the field is getting to be a part of a pet's extended family and watch them grow throughout the years.

Originally from Indian Rocks Beach, she grew up in Belleair Beach and currently resides in Clearwater with her husband, Nick, son, Caleb, and daughter, Audrey. Dr. Olson also cares for her two dogs, two cats, and a horse. A fun fact about Dr. Olson is that veterinary medicine runs in her family, as she is one of four veterinarians in her immediate family!

Dr. Fazio has gone on to become fear Free Certified as well as Chi University Acupuncture Certified in small animals. Her favorite thing about working in the veterinary field is getting to be a part of her patient's journey to healing, and seeing the positive results she had a hand in.

Originally from a small coastal town in Southern Maryland, Dr. Fazio has just recently settled in Clearwater, Florida just minutes from the beach! She made this move with her two pups; 12-year-old whippet mix, Jenna, and 4-year-old greyhound, Mimosa. Dr. Fazio enjoys wineries, the beach, museums, hiking, and traveling in her free time, exploring any new locations she can to become more culturally aware.
