My career in Veterinary Medicine began in 1987 and has included experience in veterinary colleges and private practice hospitals. My special interests include practice management and fostering the human-animal bond. I am currently the Animal Hospital of Dunedin’s Practice Manager and look forward to meeting with all of our wonderful clients and their pets!
Andrea, Reception Manager

My husband and I moved to Florida in 2009 and have settled nicely into the Dunedin community. After being in emergency medicine for 10 years I'm very excited to be a part of the animal hospital of Dunedin's staff. Being able to build a trusting relationships with owners and their pets is very important to me. My love of animals has lead me to not only caring for my own 3 dogs and 2 cats, but also rehabilitating abandoned squirrels. Any free time I get I spend with my four legged kids, kayaking, biking or walking on the pinellas trail.

I am a true Florida Native. I was born at Mease Dunedin & have lived in Florida my entire life. I left the Dunedin area in 2004 to purse my B.S. at the University of Florida, and returned to the area after graduating in 2009. I was rehired at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin in 2010, after an absence of 6 years, and love working here because of our wonderful staff. Recently, my domestic partner and I moved into a Condo where we do many activities like chess, glass blowing, tree climbing, frisbee, performance poetry, and our new favorite activity, dubstepping! I plan to return to university to obtain my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and work in the field of healing people.

I have lived in Florida since 2000. Originally, I am from New York where I attended S.U.N.Y. of Farmingdale. There, I received a degree in Veterinary Science. I have been working as a Veterinary Technician for over 20 years and have acquired many pets during that time. Currently, I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I have been at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin since 2002, and earned my way to the position of Head Technician and am the manager of a group of 6-7 great technicians and assistants. I have always enjoyed working with animals & love to be part of healing pets when they become ill, as well as keeping them healthy.

I am originally from a small town in Tennessee, where my love of animals started at a young age. At around the age of 16 I started working at a local animal hospital. I later moved to St. Louis, MO where I also worked with animals. Then after moving to Florida in 2006 I have continued my career as a veterinary technician. I currently live on Clearwater Beach with my boyfriend Brian. We share our home with "Darby" our senior canine, and "Goose" and "Creep", the felines. When I am not taking care of animals I love to travel and go boating.

I was born in Florida and have lived here most of my life, I started working with animals after graduating High School in late 2007, and have loved working with and helping animals ever since. I worked at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin from early 2009 to late 2010 and after working in Denver Colorado as an Adoption Counselor at a non-profit animal shelter, I decided to come home and once again work with this amazing group of people and all the wonderful furry friends that visit here. I have one handsome cat who I brought from Colorado with me named Earl. I'm very happy to be able to work with all your little critters and am excited to be taking care and building relationships with all of them.
