Dr. Todd was the recipient of the "Col. Edward T. Imparato Award" in September of 2003. This award is given to a person that exudes a strong Human/Animal Bond. The Pinellas Animal Foundation was happy to present Dr. Todd this honor at the 2003 Browser Ball and Catsino Night.
